Local anasthesia will take away all the pain. Just make sure he gives you a good dose, and then if you even start to feel the slightest pain, have his stop and give you a booster. I find that about 1/2 hour into the extraction, I need to get a little more of the shot. No pain involved

Ask your dentist to refer you to someone (usually an Oral Surgeon) and call their office and tell them your needs! The only thing that would prevent them being able to do this is if you happen to have any underlying medical conditions that whould contraindicate the use of General Anesthesia - usually these are limited!

Why don't doctors go on strike for non-emergency cases?
Doctors do not go on strike, and it has nothing to do with love for patients. Only unionized people go on strike, and most physicians do not belong to a union. They are either in private practice with privileges to practice in certain hospitals or they work in the hospital as an employee or contractor. In any case, medical staff is controlled by a different type of management system than the one that governs everyone else who works in a hospital. They are independent practitioners working under their own professional licenses and although they follow a general code of ethics and certain protocols established by the Chief Medical Officer, they aren't directly supervised by anyone. If they don't give safe, timely, and appropriate orders to the nursing staff for care of a patient and something bad happens to the patient, they can be sued for malpractice and can lose their license. Once they assume care of a patient they become responsible for that patient's care and must follow through with care of that patient unless:
1. The patient recovers and is formally discharged
2. They hand off care of the patient to another medical profesional,
3. The patient discharges himself/herself against medical advice, or

Not documented, we never told anybody. I worked on a ranch in college and lived in a cabin on the property with one other guy. When the calves have been weened and are starting to eat hay, when you're feeding them if you get between mama and baby you got 3000 pounds of pissed off Charlais coming at you. I was feeding, Dave was watching and had the cattle prod. Not sure exactly what happened, a bug flew in his ear or something. Next thing I know Dave is doing the moon walk on the fence with the prod sticking out his ear. Not documented, we never told anybody. I worked on a ranch in college and lived in a cabin on the property with one other guy. When the calves have been weened and are starting to eat hay, when you're feeding them if you get between mama and baby you got 3000 pounds of pissed off Charlais coming at you. I was feeding, Dave was watching and had the cattle prod. Not sure exactly what happened, a bug flew in his ear or something. Next thing I know Dave is doing the moon walk on the fence with the prod sticking out his ear. The ones involving blacks or women come to my mind first. I think that in the past, you had to own land to vote too. I don't know if this law was just changed without much trouble or if the supreme court had to get involved. You should probably try to do some research and find out. This would be an interesting topic. Your teacher/professor is probably sick of the same old black and woman thing. You could probably score some browny points by doing something a little different like suffrage for people who aren't land owners. You'd probably get a better grade if you did this. I think you also had to be able to read at one time in order to vote too, so suffrage for the illiterate would be a unique topic as well.

So where i work i tend to lift a lot of cases of water do u think its hard on the baby?

You need to stop lifting cases of pop/water. It is not good for the baby at all. I have to admit though that I did it while I was about as far along as you are and everything is fine. I would have imagined it to be the other way around, so it surprises me everytime I read or hear about these female teachers running around with preadolescent boys.

At the point of conception we are created, are cells begin to divide, we have already surpassed insurmountable odds of being that 1 in a billion sperm, and fertilized egg to actually be meet gestation. Their are sometimes when the decision of abortion is in the forefront of the mind, but just the other day I saw a statistic on MSNBC that said 76 million women die or are severely injured around the world due to abortion. Granted a lot happen in underdeveloped countries. I say that embryo, fetus, prenatal, are all the same created by God with certain unalienable rights, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
The Bible says that those people who do such things shall never enter the Kingdom of heaven, unless they repent. I cant believe that people who murder go to jail, but the people who perform abortions do not go to jail, In case they did'nt know it abortion is murder. May God give this Nation wisdom to repent and see that this is wrong.

I would convulse, foam at the mouth, roll my eyes, everything. I had a seizure one day in the NYC Bus station on the escalator with my husband. Noone wanted to help us. He did it all for me. Kept me awake, made sure I was okay, drug me off to the side to keep my off the escalator. We even missed our bus; however, that is where my point comes in. While we were waiting for the bus a man out of the blue (I think he was someone special ';touched'; by God) and asked if he could pray for me. He said he felt like something had happened and we wanted to know what was wrong and if there was any way that he could pray for me to help. I was a skeptic at that time (19 years old); I am new to experiencing my beliefs in God ( I am still young..24); but, this man prayed for me and I have not had a seizure since. To me that is a miracle. To me this man healed me. He gave me a business card and asked me to call and he would pray for my daughter as well; however, being skeptical as I was at the time I did not do this (my daughter is epileptic as well btw) and my daughter still has seizures. How awesome an experience I had. It was amazing. This man opened my heart to Jesus and God and gave me the ';proof'; that I needed to believe. I wish I could see this man one more time and thank him for the wonderful gift he gave me!
Well, that may be your experience with prayer. It isn't mine--though often prayers of the type you've mentioned don't get answered--sometimes they do. People can argue over whether God's the source (I believe He is), but I've seen some pretty miraculous things that I don't want to just cynically discount. Nah, but it certainly helps to have someone to represent you. If you qualify financially, the court can have a public defender represent you for free.
If you're really nervous, and you know you weren't in the wrong, write the judge a letter. Dress professional, act professional, arrive early, and always respond with a ';Yes, Your Honor'; to anything they say. Also, if you did anything wrong, don't try to get around it, that's a quick way to piss a judge off. Economics is based on resource allocation in a perfect world. It is kind of like communism for capitalists. IF the entire world had the exact same policies toward ALL imports and ALL exports, and people in richer countries are willing to give up some luxuries (and personal economic security) in order for countries that are not as well off to improve, then at some point in the future (who knows when) everybody will be better off.

Yes there are although it is very rare. A friend of mine had a vasectomy and had been sterile over 5 years his girlfriend had a tubal after her second child 3 years before she met him. The space for the rear inputs is a set standard on all cases and thus is the same on every one. As far as good cases go, my personal favorites are made by a company called Lian-Li. Well, before there was no such thing as leukemia. Then during World War 2, the US government threw two atomic bombs into Japan. This was the start of leukemia. I mean, your blood maintains your body. Without it you die. What is more horrible then having ';blood cancer';? Well, its more like your bone marrow. There are different types of leukemia which we wont go into great detail here. But, anyways, there was never such thing as leukemia befoer all of this. Now, children are dying left and right because of it. There is a type of leukemia that only effects young children. And everybody in the world can get leukemia now. I dont know how it spread, but cancer can spread. Some people dont know this, but I see a correlation between Asian people who eat together. When they all get Hepatitis, its like a pre cancer. Now, it can be passed from saliva, mouth to mouth, or eating food together. So, they are literally passing around pre cancer. Now, thats how the liver cancer can be passed. But, with leukemia, I dont know how it is passed, but it can be passed. Because before, nobody had leukemia. Now anybody in the world can get leukemia. BUT THE ATOMIC BOMBS WERE ONLY THROWN INTO HIROSHIMA, JAPAN !!! So, how did it get to every country in the world? I dont know, but its evidently clear that the cancer has been passed around some how. Nobody ever bothered to investigate this. It cannot be through blood line because not everybody is related to a Japanese relative. Alot has never even been remotely close to Japan.
Another cancer causing agent was Agent Orange that was used by the US government. They threw it into Vietnam hoping to win the war. To be honest, I dont think it was the war that they were trying to win. It was obvious that they were after something else. There were never enough troops there to win the war to start with. And then the Agent Orange was thrown into Vietnam, causing alot of birth defects. One of those defects I believe is cancer. And some children may seem normal at the start. But, later on in life, they develop cancer fast. There is a direct correlation between the children who lived in the specific areas of where Agent Orange was thrown and the cancers/birth defects. I cannot remember the exact rate, but I believe it was an astronomical number. It was like 7 times the regular rate that a person living in that area would develop cancer or have a child that has a birth defect. Now, this may not be complete. Some may have birth defects that nobody knows about. Maybe it was not physically seen on the outside. There isnt too much medical help there so we may never know how many people were effected. It was a biological bomb that was unfair to Vietnam.

It was the stuff in the flavoring that caused leukemia. I stay away from those drinks, but alot of people were afflicted. So those were pulled from the shelves. Another one, a young Indian doctor, left and went to work somewhere else. She sued to pull his license. And when he left, she couldnt pull it because he had dropped that one, and got another one. Something like that. And she went to look for him, but couldnt find him. I dont know what type of drug that was, but my friend knows. She has had cancer for these last couple of years. Why isn't verbal abuse included in domestic violent cases?
Anytime I hear of domestic violent it is usually a man against a women. All we ever hear is that he hit, shot, or beat her. We never ask the question what triggered this behaver. Someone said what different does it made, A man should never hit a woman. Have we considered that verbal abuse can and does causes different people to just lose it. Why isn't the verbal abuser ever told to just walk away? What makes them think there is no consequences for their action?

Verbal abuse doesn't break your bones or blacken your eyes -- how in the hell can you say verbal ';abuse'; is the reason an abuser attacks? Are we flippin animals? So whenever someone says something that we don't like we are justified in knocking the crap out of them?
That's just sick and warped. I don't care what I ';say'; to my husband or him to me.....neither of us EVER has the right to get physical with the other!
I agree I even think verbal abuse is more painful than physical abuse. The bruises will heal, but your heart and emotions can't if your being verbally abused often. It damages a women's self esteem. It's not considered in domestic cases because you can't take someone or charge them with verbal abuse.Physical is proof of the violence and that's how it's always been. Doesn't make verbal abuse right either!

Also most employers will contact the local police department to see if they have had any contact with you. That would cover any traffic citations as well as if you were a victim or suspect in a crime. It is always best to disclose EVERYTHING. The only way a past crime will not turn up is if you get an order of expungement. You get that from the court. You only get that once in your life so use it wisely. You cannot expunge any sexual crime.
