My case has been assigned to the court. but i received a letter stating that all cases are set for dismissal

six months from the filing date. My case is set to be dismissed on 12/04/08. The bottom line is that you and your lawyer need to be working on getting your case ready for trial. If you don't, there won't be a case to take to trial.
This is for Tmess, have to answer a petition and have no time nor money. Do I need to answer each question posed by the plaintiff's lawyer and can I just answer as false, false etc., need to buy time to hire a lawyer
