Should International Court of Justice try all cases of Cold Blooded Massacre of Hindus since 1947?

Should International Court of Justice try all cases of Cold Blooded Massacre of Hindus since 1947 at PakistanShould International Court of Justice try all cases of Cold Blooded Massacre of Hindus since 1947?
I agree point by point with Ganda senior.

Pak itself doesnot honour the loc (kashmir) showing how faulty the partition documents were.

Parition was an onesided decision imposed on hindus and sikhs of pakistan without any plebiscite or consultation with the community. It does nt stand in international court of justice.

Time doesnt make wrongs right. The only way to sort out a conflict is to see all parties involved are satisfied. It is the politicians' strategy who thinks over time people will forget and everything will be allright. It does nt work that way.

Had time healed everything Ind and Pak shd hv a great relationship now. But that cd nt be possible because 1947 is still alive. More alive in the hearts of those who have personally suffered . Unless this issue is sorted good relation between Ind-Pak is not possible.

Pak shd accept its responsibility in evicting hindus %26amp; sikhs and for the genocide. It was a genocide and not riot because there are numerous documents showing how pak army has helped mob in pak. An apology and compensation is due.

Today Germany is Israel's close ally just because they accepted their responsibility, apologised and compensated. Ind-pak relationship can also be improved only in this same line.Should International Court of Justice try all cases of Cold Blooded Massacre of Hindus since 1947?
No, we should invade pakistan and massacre them. because paki land also belong to us, captured by the turkish mughals and afghani looters.

and when Indian govt cannot give justice to 26//11 victims, how they will give justice for victims of a massacre that happened 62 years ago.

I know it is never too late, but for that we need patriots in govt.
no not at all

tell me few things,

How many of people are alive who suffered in 1947?

What solution or justice u r expecting at this time?

don't u think 60 year is too late for asking a justice?

how does it matters to u now?

EDIT@ Ganda senoir* why now, why not before actually why not immidiately after 1947 may be in 1950-55?

no body is saying that what happend was perfect ( I don't know but I guess govt. of India must have helped for rehabilitation of people who suffered at that time)

Do u really hope u can get justice now, I really don't think so and one more u r not demanding for justice but for compensation.

justice and compensation are different things, As per me it would be really difficult to find any evidances, witnees regarding cases, so if any justice or compensation does occur how exactly u intend to keep watch on it, I mean what is guarantee for correct compensation it would be complicated matter besides it may arise few other conspirasies also and again peace for border people may be lost.

Just remember forgiving will help u alot.

If anybody is there who suffered in 1947 what would be his age now and if ok justice starts at all how much time it would consume? would he be satisfied?

better is to forget the past, learn from ur mistake don't repeat them in Future.

I would suggest u to consider yourself lucky for not seeing 1947 and would advice to try that such things would never happen again so that nobody gets harmed again,

remember Mahatma Gandhi said

'; An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind';

One more point,

also brahmins may ask for compensation for riots after Gandhi murder, as I was told by my grandfather that time was reallly bad for brahmins, then why not justice for them now.

there is time limit for raising the claims, no point in fighting for it after 60 years.

so forget it it is better to forget and forgive.

If u demand for stronger rules to take care that it never happens again I definitely support u, but for justice and compensation no way.
No. It should try Dick Cheney and George W. Bush though.
no but before that consult a psychiatrist for treatment for childhood sexual abuse
So boring. Wake up. Get a life!
No
Yes

India and Pakistan were not judicious to Victims of Islamic terror

My Reply to ssss is

1 How many of people are alive who suffered in 1947?

Millions of Hindus were murdered but we can find Each Family having survivors of the Evil Genocide

These survivors and their successors faced ethnic discrimination at new places where sons of Soil policy was followed. Their Coming generations were affected as brought to streets by the Muslims

and had to struggle for survival

What solution or justice u r expecting at this time?

We want Governments of India and Pakistan compensate us for our losses judiciously

don't u think 60 year is too late for asking a justice?

No

If Muslkim Victims of Gujrat riots or Hiroshima victims of Nagasaki can demand justice why not we the Punjabi, sindhi, Bengali and Kashmirir hindus

how does it matters to u now?

Yes it matters us at every platform, ever y opportunity of life as we had to restart our lives from zero

If we are given justice we can create opportunities for our successors We can create some political space for our successors so that Genocide is not revisited as Muslims have been multiplying like any thing

If anybody is there who suffered in 1947 what would be his age now and if ok justice

Minimum age of Direct Victim of Genocide shall be 63 Years But Victim is not the one who lost all his Ancesstral inheritance byut his successors also

If u dont agree ask the muslim survivors of Gujrat same question

This is never late

If international community provides justice No community shall dare behaving voilently like what happened during 1947
it should investigate all cases of riots in which several thousands of people of all religions were killed
