i lift semi heavy thing like casesf pop and water not all day but a few a day, do u think its causing stress on the baby? im a fairly average size person and when i lift i usually just lift with my arms insted of using all my body wieght, i see my doc in a hour and im going to ask her? but would you say that everything should be ok?? im 16 weeks...So where i work i tend to lift a lot of cases of water do u think its hard on the baby?
You need to stop lifting cases of pop/water. It is not good for the baby at all. I have to admit though that I did it while I was about as far along as you are and everything is fine. Just make sure if you have to do it that it is in fact, only a few a day. And talk to your doctor. Good luck with everything! So where i work i tend to lift a lot of cases of water do u think its hard on the baby?
shouldn't left anything more than 25-30 lbs. IF it weighs less than that then u should be fine. Just don't force urself
oh no no no. no lifting heaving things. its better to be safe then sorry.
i would not risk it, nobody can be definitely sure that it would not affect the baby, you should take it easy and let the father work
lift with your legs and back. and no you need to stop lifting can cause miscarriage
I lifted patients ( I was a RN) until 1 month before delivery
I exercised and worked until 1 week before due date
there is no problems with lifting, and or exercising unless you are already having a problem pregnancy
as long as you have been doing this job for a while and feel no discomfort while lifting the packages...then I would say you're fine
if you have been doing it since before you were pregnant you should be okay
Pregnant mommas should not be lifting anything mroe than they have to. I would think that your employer would not want you lifting, and if they MAKE you lift, then this is a big issue. Take it easy on your body---it's harboring a wonderful baby!
