Will dismissed cases show on a background check in Texas . I am trying to work for Live ops.?

I'm pretty sure all of that will be cleared from your record. You should get whoever represented you to make sure. If it is on your record you might can get it expunged, that what my lawyer did to all the misdemeanors on my record.Will dismissed cases show on a background check in Texas . I will probly show up as a dismissed case if it went pretty far although if nothing was ever really done on it , it wont show up at all.Will dismissed cases show on a background check in Texas . I am trying to work for Live ops.?
I work for a police department and I do background checks. I am not sure about Texas but in Florida we get a print out of every charge whether it was dropped, dismissed or whatever. Also most employers will contact the local police department to see if they have had any contact with you. That would cover any traffic citations as well as if you were a victim or suspect in a crime. It is always best to disclose EVERYTHING. The only way a past crime will not turn up is if you get an order of expungement. You get that from the court. You only get that once in your life so use it wisely. You cannot expunge any sexual crime.
