My fairy cakes keep sticking to the cases, what am i doing wrong?

the actual sponge tastes perfect, but they always crumble and stick to the case, what am i doing wrong?My fairy cakes keep sticking to the cases, what am i doing wrong?
are you putting anything into the mould like oil or butter? give it some butter and this usually helps just a thin layer! also people often buy a non sitck baking tray but then use a scouring pad on it which removes the teflon layer in a very short time only use a soft pad an soak it properly! Maybe they need a bit longer to bake . I really dont know ive never heard of this happening. They shouldnt stick. I think that the only thing i can think of is that it is something to do with the recipe. Try changin it and gettin a new recipe from a freind or relative and see if the same happens. Also you could try changing your bun cases.
Not enough fat in the mixture and cooking them too long and too high.
put a thin layer of crisco on the pan then flour. this helps with alot of baking.
