Why is that we dont have cases of HIV/AIDS in USA and England? than as reported in African countries?

We do have, it's just that it is more widespread in Africa because that is where it began, most Africans will not wear condoms too, they do not care, and are also extremely promiscuous( they sleep around a lot)Why is that we dont have cases of HIV/AIDS in USA and England? than as reported in African countries?
Because secretly (as in the public dont know) there is a debate as to whether HIV or AIDS even exists. Many Afriocans are diagnose with ';Aids'; even when officially they actually die of Tuberculosis, when ther has been no pre-diagnosis of Aids or HIV beforehand.Why is that we dont have cases of HIV/AIDS in USA and England? than as reported in African countries?
There are many rumours about this epidemic. That it was human engeneered to reduce population, that it began in monkeys, that you can catch it from the toilet seet.

The fact is that in the western world it was Identified quite early and serious steps were taken, to inform, and sometimes even terrorise people with the threat. It was identified as reaching the US in early eighties, within im sorry to say, the Gay community. It was Identified that sex tourists to Africa, spread the unknown threat through the blossoming san fransisco gay community. IT IS NOT A GAY desease, this was just circumstancial.
we do have cases of aids/hiv,its just more rapant in africa because of lesser funds which means less tests, condoms, and medication...........donate!!!!!!
