Shoulder pain from lifting wine and water bottle cases what do you guys think i did to it going to?

the dr tomorrow please explain


i always put the wine in a wine carry that we have a card broad one and it can fit 6 bottles of wine


can so please explain to me what happened to my shoulder it hurts to move it in any Direction please help do you think my dr will put me in a slingShoulder pain from lifting wine and water bottle cases what do you guys think i did to it going to?
